Based in Dumfries and Galloway and established in 1986 by Director Phil Armstrong, our family run business has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of joinery and building works, specialising in the manufacture and installation of high-quality hardwood case and sash windows that incorporate traditional style with modern techniques.

From modest beginnings Phil developed his business primarily manufacturing and installing quality bespoke timber products and has always very much been customer orientated. Over the years Phil built a team of highly skilled craftsmen that replicated his way of working, producing quality bespoke products that are as robust as they are aesthetically pleasing. He had a vision that one day his own children would join his team. He was delighted when his son Greig joined the company as an apprentice joiner in 1990 followed by his youngest daughter Sheryl as the office junior in 2000, both of which are now company directors and oversee the day to day running of the company. Sheryl’s husband and fellow director Craig leads the building division with over 20 years experience.

Most recently, Greig’s daughter Claire joined the administrative team in 2019 followed by his son, Greig Junior as an apprentice Joiner starting the next generation in the family business.

Today our close-knit team have built up our excellent reputation by successfully delivering quality products and services to our customers on both large and small scale projects. We work together to pay attention to every detail and deliver high quality products every time, just like Phil.
